Kate Telford MBACP - Director / Counsellor / Supervisor

Kate is an experienced integrative counsellor and supervisor, who enjoys working in a creative, playful, and solution-focused way. She specialises in working with high-risk, vulnerable children and young people, though also provides counselling for adult clients, both face-to-face and online. Kate has particular expertise working with psychological trauma, addictive behaviours, self-harming, and personality disorders.
In addition to her work as a therapist, Kate is a clinical supervisor for counsellors, counselling trainees, and for other professionals working with difficult or complex presentation.
Kate is a registered member of the BACP, and adheres to their professional code of ethics.
Kathryn Murray MBACP
Kathryn is an experienced counsellor with over 10 years’ experience in the mental health sector. She is an integrative practitioner and uses many theories and techniques in order to best help her clients, providing support with many difficulties such as anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, bereavement, self-harm and eating disorders, among many others.
Kathryn adheres to the BACP code of ethics and is a registered member. She has worked in the NHS as well as organisations such as Signpost for carers and the Samaritans and currently runs counselling practices in both Bangor and Colwyn Bay.
Susan Critchley MBACP(Accred)
Susan is an experienced accredited counsellor, supervisor and lecturer. She has taught counselling to masters level and is experienced in supervising both student and qualified counsellors.
Susan has more than 13 years experience of working as a counsellor across a range of issues including; rape and sexual abuse, addictions, complex bereavement and grief and dual diagnosis work, mental health, relationships & work related problems.
Her therapeutic approach is predominantly person centred, although with agreement, she can integrate aspects of other approaches, including expressive therapies, solution focused work and CBT techniques.
Rhian Graham - Counsellor
MA, GPTI, UKCP
Rhian is registered with GPTI and UKCP as a trainee psychotherapeutic counsellor in advanced training, and has been working with clients for 8 years. She has a Masters in Social Work and has had extensive experience of working with adults with mental health problems and has also worked for many years with children and families.
Rhian has worked as a Dyslexia specialist in different Universities since leaving social work. She is also qualified and registered to work with students with Autism and would welcome referrals from adults who have a diagnosis of Autism or who suspect that they might have Autism.
Rhian is a Gestalt therapist, who enjoys working in a creative, empathic and client-focused way. She specialises in working with adult clients, both face-to-face and online, and has experience of working with trauma based processes and difficult memories, which have an impact on living in the present. She can also work through the medium of Welsh if a client wishes to do this for all or part of the therapeutic work.
